I'm not on the list and can't really be bothered with it. This is good and they are trying; however, they must remove the copyright notice from the free content (every page still seems to have
"©2009 The Joournalist.com" probably as an artifact of how the site is set up rather than any conscious effort). I also cannot find mention of 'Wikinews' on that page, which again must be credited as the original producers of the text.
 
To clarify in case anyone is unsure; the copyright for the text remains with its author(s). They cannot stop it being used under the terms under which they released it, but they retain all normal rights over it in the event it is used in ways that breach those terms - such as not properly explaining the copyright saus when reusing it.
