A bad thing just happened on the site (at least one person left the project,
2 were de-admined, quite a few are on long wikibreaks, major wheel war,
block log is longer than the Recent changes) all over the events of one day.
We need to do something thats going to prevent this from happening in the
future.
Secondly I'd like to apoligize for acting irrationally, I was very
frustrated and got caught up in the heat of the moment. My actions did not
help the situation and proably escalated it somewhat.
