Please see [1] where I have written a proposal for an Embargoed Wiki - "[to] be used for discussion, development, and collaboration on stories that are not yet ready for the public eye, such as investigations, planned stories that have sensitive (non-public or embargoed) documents, or embargoed documents such as future-dated press releases or other news stories." It is clarified further on the page.
