Mike Godwin got a “pending approval” for the list. As I’d hope people understand he doesn’t want to subscribe.

Can one of the list mods release his message and whitelist him for posting?

Did we ever hear back from the Mormons on the DMCA notice? I’ve been informed they made no effort to try a takedown against Wikileaks, so we’re in the “is it, or isn’t it?” of not knowing if a link constitutes a DMCA violation.
