Since I am not an admin, I am not qualified to opine. But my opinion is that if an article is not offensive to all or if the editions in that are purely vandalism and if no gain to public is visualized then only an article can be deleted which is already there in eng wiki.

Unique article to malayalam wiki can be challenged with notability tag and if substantial strengthening is not provided can be deleted if admins can arrive at a consensus

I feel admins doesn't have any communications in this regard, which is bad luck.
