Captain is back, isnt it?I think with the photography technology back in the days, it is unlikely that someone would have kept the plates/films that long before washing and printing. I dont think the plates and films had that much of a shelf life. :)

If all of them has expired more than 60 years back, the picture cannot have been taken after their death, isnt? and hence copyright should not matter..???
