Yuvipanda has created an App for Android users so they can read the latest version of the Signpost.
From Google Play:
The Signpost is a community written and community edited newspaper, covering stories, events and reports relating to Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Foundation sister projects. A new issue is published every Monday.
