Anyhow, the image does not have a source. We will require, the date of publication and source for us to keep it in Commons. I have put '''No Source''' tag.

Does anyone have any idea about the authenticity of the image ?

let me come to the point... recently, i found an image of Vakkom Moulavi,which is uploaded by you and the same has used in many articles.

its my humble request to remove this pic at least from wikipedia since its not the original pic of Vakkom Moulavi. But the same used in many sites, and also in some school text books years ago, and it created some controversies too.

I'm very much sure abt this coz he's my great grand uncle. I heard lot abt vakkom moulavi from my grandfather, Vakkom Majeed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vakkom_Majeed).. According to him, there is no images or sketches available now. We, our family members tried a lot to find one.. but no use...

Hope you understand this and kindly do the needful.
I think i can delete the image, not sure... but dont know the formalities..
