The brochure makes no mention of contact phone numbers or contact person.

I think the brochure can be simplified.

As for the programme itself, a two day session is too much and highly unwarranted.

wiki pedia being a highly volunteer driven initiative,  out reach  erogramme of two days is unfeasible.

We usually conduct a two session programme.

First session will take the participants through

we shall together do a few simple editing.

go through the basic syntaxes

create at least one page article.

This will do 

For really serious candidates we can have a one to one discussion and we shall always be availabel online for support.

I suggest you review the programme and finalise it .

So that we can announce the programme on wikipedia site also.
