Funding is fully by wikimedia community right? will there be a penny spend by this organisation called smc for any wikipedia related thing?

Chapter support is just partial support for the wikitrack @ SMC's 12th year celebrations .

Please check the grant request at

And all expenses will be spend by SMC in advance and Chapter will reimburse it later against actual bills.
