Thanks for the report Tighe,I think the problem was a bad deployment, and a poorly configured job queue was running as a ghost process. Some of the requests were going there instead of to the proper queue. I tried running a report on the cohort you included in your bug and it worked. I also copied some of the users from your cohort and tried to upload it as a new cohort, and that worked too. So please try again and let us know if you run into trouble.I did see an error that said there was a NULL byte in a cohort file you were trying to upload. If you still have a problem with uploading a cohort, please send me (private message is fine) a copy of the CSV you're using. I can troubleshoot that as it's probably a separate issue from this. Thanks againDanOn Wed, Mar 19, 2014 at 9:02 AM, Tighe Flanagan <tflanagan@wikimedia.org> wrote:
I'm not sure if this is related to the new move, but Wikimetrics hasn't been working for me the last few times I've tried.I am trying to run a monthly edit report with an existing cohort, and the results have been pending since last night. Tried again this morning and nothing. New cohorts are also not working (did a test upload to see).Filed a bug here: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62830Anyone else having issues? On Mon, Mar 17, 2014 at 5:55 PM, Jessie Wild <jwild@wikimedia.org> wrote:

Hi everyone,I'm going to migrate the wikimetrics server from the Tampa datacenter to the Eqiad datacenter. If all goes smoothly, nothing should look different.Wikimetrics will be offline while I make this move, please let me know if you need it for an urgent report. I will reply back to this thread once the migration is complete.Dan
