I noticed a small bug the other day that might surprise a user momentarily:  when you upload a new cohort, once the cohort is validated, the "Create Report" button does not always appear next to the "View Members" button:

But if you refresh the page, the button appears:

You could also work around the missing button by clicking on the "My Report" link in the top black ribbon and clicking the blue "Create New Report" button on that page.
