Hello all,

I'm trying to reproduce some reported problems with uploading non-Latin characters in usernames. In particular, there's a bug where certain characters seem to disappear when uploading names using Firefox.

If you have cohorts that have had particular problems with the character encoding, it would be very helpful if you could pass them on to me or comment on the Phabricator task[1], along with any other information you have (for instance, the program you used to save the CSV, your browser/operating system/character set, how you ended up uploading the cohort).

The more information there is on this, the easier it will be to figure out what's going on. Thanks for your help.
