Hey Douglas and team
This a great initiative, and will go a long way in strengthening our street
cred in the open knowledge space.
I also am happy for my details to be shared.
Kindest Regards,

Hello everyone,
Wikimedia South Africa is currently in the process of applying for observer
status with the World Interlectual Property Organisation (WIPO) so we can
better support our broader free knowledge advocacy efforts of other
Wikimedia affiliates and organisations.
WIPO has gotten back to us with a request for our membership roster. I
assume this is so they can check if we are a legitimate non-profit
membership organisation. If you are a chapter member and are not
comfortable with us sharing your name as a chapter member then people let
us know so we can redact your name from the membership roster we will share
with them.
I do not want to share anyone's details with a third party if they are not
comfortable with that. I will *not* be sharing any contact details with
them (only names) as I don't see that being relevant to them or our
application.
I have asked Shupai to contact our members individually if you have any
objections. Please let us know by the end of this month.
Best regards,
Douglas.
