Isla cannot make it to this meeting.

Could somebody from the board be able to accompagny on this meeting? It would be a nice opportunity to introduce the WM SA to these government officials.

Dear Maarten

 

The Executive Council of Heritage Western Cape will meet on Friday, 4^th May 2012.  They have the final decision regarding projects which HWC undertakes.  Andrew recommends you present your project as you did him, but only in a more formal way to the EXCO committee. A data projector  will be available for you to use.  You are allowed a maximum of 10 minutes to present. The location will be our offices, Protea Assurance Building Greenmarket Square Cape Town, the boardroom will be communicated to you closer to the time. 

 

Kindly indicate what time between 10am and 12h00 suits you.
