Sorry for my late reply. I really tried to get to this
earlier, but just couldn’t. I have posted my comments on the talk page.
Originally I thought that the comments would get duplicated here on the list,
because David suggested that idea. From the talk page it seems like this is not
happening, for that reason I only left my comments there.
Thank you to everyone who went through the trouble to compiled
these comments and also everyone who commented on it.
Kind regards,
Lourie

Hi everyone
We've hit the deadline for the draft documents being up on meta and I hope you've all had the chance to read through. A couple of people - thanks David :) - have made comments which we will go through and take into account.
The next step in the process will be to clean these up - as per above comments - and then submit them to the Wikimedia Advisory Committee who will then read through and revert with their own comments and suggestions.
Ian, is there a way that we can put up a notice saying that these draft documents are 'closed for comment' or something so that people don't continue to add to them at this point? (Just a thought).
