Okay, but what if we want to for example buy someone an airline ticket? Or should we maybe let them first buy it and then just reimburse them afterwards? What is the process for registering for internet banking, because this is probably our next step?

Didn't go for the credit card option, since there are several signatories to the account and most transactions will be done electronically. Mohau and I are the two principal signatories until David gets back since you are based in Cape Town. No issues with Ian being on the bank documents until the new board is elected. Only Mohau, David, you and I have signing authority. Speak to you later
