It is excellent news to hear this! :) You can definitely put us in contact, but I have copied the others on this as well, because my test series starts next week. I will then have very limited if any time available for helping regarding the launch, but I am sure that Isla and Douglas will be more than happy to work with them.

Ok, I will do my arrangements. On another note, I have kept my director, colleagues updated on the plans and activities. They are all in support and some are available to assist for the launch. Currently it seems like the meeting will be at 09:00 with the WLM launch at 16:00. I think that everything will be finished by around 17:00 or 18:00, maybe the rest of the team can give some input? That will give you a good time frame to fly in the morning and then leave the same evening. How does that sound? It will be best if you can arrange it yourself, because my time is limited. We will then reimburse you afterwards. Please do keep all receipts, as we must submit them to the Wikimedia Foundation. Thanks.
