Yes, the numbers of directors, types of members and length of periods for calling meetings etc needs to be agreed upon by local Wikimedians.  Currently the drafts consist of suggested numbers/ durations which are more 'place keepers' and can be changed (although the more standard numbers/ durations have been suggested.)

I know that David has put some notes on his talk page, but I think if people can put comments here on the list that would be helpful so that we have one place from which to collate everyone's ideas rather than having to look for various comments.
