Dear David, Lourie and Alida

As mentioned previously in a mail to David, a decision needs to be made about whether ZA Chapter would like Auditworks to register the chapter for income tax.  Previously Charlene had said you would worry about that after bank account has been set up.  It is necessary to register for income tax and thereafter to be registered as tax exempt; it is not automatic.

Please can you discuss directly with Alida, copied here, as I am no longer in the loop on this having resigned to the directors of the chapter previously. 

Auditworks would just need a 'yes' or a 'no'.  There was a cost associated - Alida please correct me - around R 350 or so??

Alida, in future please contact either David or Lourie in this regard.
