Hello Charlene

All I have to say is that I am acting in the interest of the chapter members. None of them complained so far about anything what I did, and should someone have a problem with what I am doing, I am always open to listening and improving the way I am doing things. All my actions are within the by-laws of the chapter. I have no problem with speaking to you on Saturday and having a constructive conversation, but if you plan to insult me again as previously, I am not interested.

Kind regards
Lourie

Subject: AGM

Hi everyone,

I see that there is a feverish rush to hold the AGM in Cape Town at the launch. I am traveling and will be back in Jo'burg on the weekend and will find the email where the board agreed on the timeline for the AGM which I had also stated in the meeting grant application. Please Lourie could you just stop behaving as though you are the only person carrying the chapter and allow for appropriate governance to take place.

If you are up to dealing with appropriate govenrnance matters and protocols then lets speak on Saturday after six when I have rested and had a moment to spend with my family.

Thank you and trust that you will be in a position to have the conversaton on Saturday
