This is a formal call for review of the project document that is heavily
based on the presentation document to the Westerncape Heritage people by
Maarten and Lourie. From Isla's questions it became clear that we need
another document to formally introduce WLM and how we intend to run the
competition.

Please note that once approved, the text of the document will be very
helpful in completing the WLM-2012-ZA website. Maybe the two documents
can be included in the agenda of the gauteng proposed chapter meeting.
