My fellow Wiki-Americans,

I would like to propose that we start holding monthly online Wikimedia
US / WALRUS meetings, as a way to share our diverse experiences in
local outreach and coordination.

I would suggest the easy-to-remember first of every month, at 9pm
Eastern Time / 6pm Pacific Time.

That would make our first meeting on the evening of Thursday March 1.

The venue would be the #wikimedia-northeast channel on IRC, and if
you're not familiar with IRC, please just use this easy web client:
