Since Wikipedia Day is not technically a religious holiday, you can actually observe it whenever you like based on local circumstances. For example, in February if it's too soon to plan for next month, or even beyond.

We can do geonotice and probably even centralnotice banners to promote, and feel free to reach out if you'd like some help or mentorship with local organizing.

Also, don't forget your Wikipedia Day cake!
