I’m delighted to share some staff updates with you from the Wikimedia UK team.
Firstly, please let me welcome Ilona Reynolds, who has joined us in the role of Finance and Operations Administrator. Ilona will be working part time, three days a week, with at least one day per week in our British Library office. Ilona brings significant experience of working in the charity sector and a wide skill set, and I’m sure she is going to be a great asset to the organisation.
Secondly, two members of the Senior Management Team have been promoted into new roles:
My long standing - and outstanding - colleague Daria Cybulska is now Director of Programmes and Deputy Chief Executive.
Our brilliant Head of Finance and Operations, Sharon Mitcheson, is now Director of Finance and Operations.
I hope you will join me in welcoming Ilona to the movement and congratulating Daria and Sharon on these well deserved promotions.
