Thanks for the help with my internal communications table. I have now added a section about what we know about the audiences we're dealing with. I suspect the answer is "not much" - however there are some quite interesting points from two surveys the Foundation has done, which tell us some quite interesting things about the people who are giving us money.

At the "Board Interest Day" a couple of weeks ago I was struck by the number of people saying Wikimedia UK needed to communicate what it's doing better.
