I was about to say that just because a company name is registered,
doesn't stop anyone from trading with that name... but the website
associated with it is too close for comfort.
Someone online and friendly during UK office hours might want to have a

I hope that someone at the Foundation is appropriately protecting the
various service marks of the Foundation as best they can as
internationally as they can? (And yes, it is a certain irony that the
information project that seeks to be free should restrict its name, but
that's the best way to ensure the continued freedom and development of
the information.)
