I've been trying to find out the membership size. I think Richard was going to look it up. A majority vote isn't really an option because that needs half of all members to vote and vote the same way, which is at least 150 people.

Is this really a difficult number to ascertain? Surely this is a key figure that should be in a database somewhere, and easily queried.

Our opinions on whether a written resolution is feasible due to requiring a majority of 150 is neither here nor there - it is in our articles as an option and exercising our rights as members of the charity is important.
