One of the problems with this is that the ROV doesn&#39;t quite exist yet. Cost would presumably be £500+ ish, and I think it&#39;s an awesome project, but it really does need a proposal (with justifications, approximate costs, possible uses) to be made to the board. We also need to ask how much the upkeep would be, and if there&#39;s anyone in the community who can look after the thing!<div>
