We felt the first year of the 5-year plan was good enough to serve as a basis for 2013 (and the rest of 2012) and adopted that bit. It's important we have something to work against in the short term.

There will be a further board meeting to develop the 5-year plan during Wikimania and we hope to formally adopt a 5 year plan after that.
