The document Jon has circulated is the one which formed the basis for us to build on and we thank everyone for their participation in developing the ideas for the chapter to take forward.

The most recent version of the document, the one which was the subject of a quite detailed discussion at WikiConference 2013, can be seen at http://uk.wikimedia.org/wiki/Towards_a_five_year_plan_2013-18/Draft_goals - it's this version that we're really keen to - and need to - get wider community involvement and input.

As you can see the most recent version represents a slight change in approach. It's a much more top level document which outlines five (draft) strategic objectives for the chapter and the ways in which we feel they can be achieved. These objectives are somewhat reflective of the Wikimedia Foundation's strategic objectives. The more detailed information, including core metrics, will be in our individual annual work plans. 

Please do get involved in the discussion about these strategic objectives and how we can achieve them - including whether you think these objectives are the best way for our community to deliver the greatest possible impact.
