I have a member of the public who has been having a few troubles with getting an article corrected. It's not a company or anything similar: just a member of the public. He's telephoned the office and we've had a chat, and I've said that I'll try to put him in touch with a volunteer who can help.
As such, I need a volunteer who can walk an elderly gentleman through who Wikipedia works, and review the article to make sure it's accurate! Anyone who has an interest in ornithology or ornithological history would be particularly interested in taking this up, I think.
