If there are transcripts that are licensable they would go
well on
WikiSource.
As you've seen elsewhere on this mailinglist I'm convening
GLAM-WIKI in London later this year. One of the attendees on a
panel session will be from the BBC archives and the director
of the archives wrote to us directly to suggest him. I've
written back to thank him but also to point him to the issues
raised in this thread and see if there was any possibility
along these lines. We'll see :-)
