In the current climate that is good news, and I hope reflective of the potential the charity has to continue to deliver after all the changes this year.

A very big well done to staff who helped develop the plan and we wish you luck in delivering it!

Dear all

The Funds Dissemination Committee (FDC) has recommended that the Wikimedia Foundation awards Wikimedia UK £277,300 towards our work in 2016/17. Their comments on our proposal are here, along with the other organisations being assessed in this round:

This is around 12% less than we had requested, so we will need to look at our plans next year in order to balance the budget, however it is still a good result and I would like to thank Daria and the rest of the team for all their work on the proposal this year.

Best wishes
Lucy
