HMRC, for all their faults, makes the initial registration pretty straightforward (sans any major issues with the governance of the company.).Getting registered with the Charity Commission is a bit more of a pain, but again shouldn't be that much of an issue.@Seddon, they managed to at least partly resolve that issue, as far as I know.
