Not sure, but it seems that the next entity will be trying to get the status in the USA. 
 
HMRC, for all their faults, makes the initial registration pretty straightforward (sans any major issues with the governance of the company.).
Getting registered with the Charity Commission is a bit more of a pain, but again shouldn't be that much of an issue.

@Seddon, they managed to at least partly resolve that issue, as far as I know.

Yes / they seem to work towards a slower *(not panic) transition of assets to WikiTide.com in the USA.
