<div>This sets out what we will be doing in 2012 and what we are raising money for in the forthcoming Fundraiser. It isn&#39;t quite our 2012 Budget, which will be produced later in the year, with a clearer idea of how much money we actually raise and once Jon has a firmer idea of a staff structure and office costs.</div>
