Yes, thank you - but I was referring to the fact that decisions have now been made.

The process has been ongoing since then, though the charity's duty of confidentiality to its employees has not allowed us to discuss details.

Perhaps not fully; but "a decision has been made - n posts are being cut" would not breach confidentiality; indeed "posts X, Y and Z are being cut" would probably not.
