Again, just to make sure this rumor doesn't get new legs, no one but no
one in charge of anything has any idea why Alison thinks or thought
this. She must have overheard something unstated in writing from
someone who thought they knew something which they didn't, or similar.

given by a number of people -
obviously unstated in writing but quite clearly otherwise - is that we
will not have a hope in hell of getting it, indeed 2008 is already
"assigned".
