Hello all,

I've been in contact with the National Archives about running an event for staff and students over there, it would be a combination of a training event with the then aim of getting a lot of new articles up and some subjects expanded, backed by the extensive sources the National Archive have available.

We haven't pinned down a date, though initially we know it would be a Monday in October or early November.

In terms of scope, this could be very wide. So while the NA obviously need a trainer to support them, some organisational support would be great in terms of defining what subjects the event wants to and can cover, maybe a list of articles that need to be created, and where this might fit into other existing WP:Wikiprojects or other Wikimedia projects.
So, someone that wants to start building up possible ways Wikimedia projects can get the most out of our relationship with the NA would be most welcome.

Naturally we would cover expenses.

Thanks
