When you look at Jimmy Wales' earlier stuff, he really has improved.  Much more dynamic, fluid and engaged with a nice variation of tone and pacing.

My point being that as trainers and advocates for Wikipedia, we should all get better with practice.  Jimmy Wales might look like a "natural" now, but he didn't start out as one.

Perhaps we should consider videoing our stuff more often, so that we can study ourselves in action and try to accelerate that learning process.
