There isn't an EU policy team. There is an umbrella group of chapters called the Free Knowledge Advocacy Group EU which will be getting involved in this area increasingly over the coming months. More information about this group is available on Meta - https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/EU_policy

To answer whether the UK chapter has had any input, the answer is that as far as I am aware, nobody from the UK has yet participated in the discussion.  Personally speaking,  beyond encouraging volunteers to share their views on the Meta page linked in Dimi's email, I have not yet participated. The questions there will be collaboratively answered across the movement, by volunteers and staff. However I will be making some time to contribute before the deadline and I encourage others to do so if they are interested.

Thanks Stevie.

As the point of contact on the EU policy team, could you advise as to
whether the UK chapter had any input?
