We’re currently recruiting for a new Finance & Operations Administrator at Wikimedia UK, and we’d be very grateful if you could share this opportunity with anyone in your networks who might be interested.

This is a part-time (3 days per week), permanent role, ideal for someone at the start of their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop experience across finance, HR, office management and charity administration. The role supports the smooth day-to-day running of Wikimedia UK and works closely with me, Head of Finance & Operations

Key details:

• Salary: £28,000-£30,000 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience)
• Location: Hybrid - based at the British Library, London, at least one day per week
• Contract: Part-time (3 days/week), permanent
• Focus areas: Finance administration (invoices, Xero, reconciliations), office operations, HR support, and general admin
