Hi all,

I was wondering what oversight is given to the Wikimedia Uk wiki following coming across this advert. Whilst this comes across as irrelevant spam, it does leave me wondering to what Wikimedia UK does to ensure that content which might be more troublesome is detected and removed.

No doubt other Wikimedians will be heartened by the hundred of people who have opened user accounts already this year. However before celebrating, perhaps it might be worth looking into how many of these accounts are genuine and whether the CAPTCHA Security check is effective.
