I think this is also an interesting idea. Where would the content be aggregated? Would it be somehow linked to the UK wiki? 

We'd also need to be clear in understanding that in bringing all of the content we're talking about together that we aren't just talking about positive comments. There will be some negatives in there, too. This in itself isn't a bad thing but worth being aware of.
