The Wikimedia Foundation is running an Affiliate Membership survey that they have asked me to share with Wikimedia UK members. Looking through the questions, this feels most appropriate for active Wikimedia contributors, rather than people who are members but don't volunteer their time. I would therefore be grateful if those of you who tick both of these boxes felt able to complete the survey, the deadline for which is, I believe, Friday 29th January.

The survey should take 20 - 30 minutes to complete, and you can find the questions asked in the survey on meta if you want to read/download before starting the actual survey.
