We have recently reviewed and updated Wikimedia UK's Finance Policy, which is shared in a google doc here. I am circulating this now for community review, so please feel free to make suggestions directly to the document or email me on lucy.crompton-reid@wikimedia.org.uk with any comments or questions.

Please note that we have moved some of the detail out of the current policy (on wiki here) into a set of financial procedures, and removed areas that are now covered by separate policies or procedures. 

The policy will be reviewed and hopefully agreed by the board at their next meeting on 10th March, so please could you get any comments to me (or added to the google doc) by Thursday 1st March.
