Oxford University is hosting an editathon on World War I this coming Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 5. Details and a registration link are here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_University_of_Oxford/World_War_I_editathon_November_2015
Experienced Wikipedians and other interested people from outside the university are welcome.

If you arrive in Oxford early, you'll be able to see Cornelia Parker's Wikipedia embroidery on display in the Weston Library, which is ten minutes' walk from the editathon venue. It's being put into a display case now and will be on display from next week onwards. https://twitter.com/old_light/status/662289579354038272

There is an expenses budget available for supporting trainers, but please clear with me in advance of the event if you want to claim.
I rarely check this particular mailbox, so it's best to contact me on martin.poulter@bodleian.ox.ac.uk and/or m.l.poulter@bris.ac.uk.

Cheers,
