Indeed, you are unable to be a director/trustee or a member as you are under 18. However, along with willing undischarged bankrupts, your help, if offered, would be more than appreciated.

Other than that, anyone can be a director or member. No doubt we will discuss first directors and their roles at the meeting on Sunday - but, as far as I am concerned, I would see this very much as an initial board set up to see us through to registration as a Charity, and one that would co-opt directors who would help us through to that aim too. Every director has to resign at the first AGM anyway (though may stand for re-election), but I'd hope we'd all be flexible about who are the first three or four, and who are co-opted by them shortly after incorporation. Once we've gotten registered as a charity, no doubt we'd look for a wider membership and wider discussion about who does what role.

Kind regards - and see you all there on Sunday

Jon

PS I hope you don't mind if my girlfriend pops along (as long as she promises not to get too much in the way)

Sounds like I get lumped with them, then... ;-)
