Small point I guess.... but then I am pedant.
For those who weren't there, I think the answer to that was
that as a charity we're exempt from the normal limited company
requirement for the name to end with "Limited" - and since we
would continue to use simply "Wikimedia UK" as the working name
it was better to have the working name and the legal name
identical.
