Thank you for taking our survey, which aims at collecting your feedback and concerns about the Universal Code of Conduct. 

You may have noticed that the survey included a question about gender; we received a valuable comment that this was problematic in its formulation and will cause harm to some people. Hence a decision was made to take this question out. The question had been copied from an older survey and inadvertently retained as written.

We are also starting an internal best practices process to make sure we don't make this type of unintended mistake again. Hoping that you will understand the mistake and accept our apology - we will do better in the future.
